1. Manage existing accounts to maintain brand presence and expand venue penetration for hotel and multi-venue customers.
2. Develop new business opportunities in hotels, fine dining restaurants, and premium mixology bars through market mapping and relationship building.
3. Conduct joint business planning with top hotel accounts to position Moët Hennessy as a strategic partner.
4. Lead and develop the HORECA channel, enhancing capabilities in joint business planning, commercial planning, negotiation, and category/product knowledge.

1. University degree in Business Management or related field.
2. 10+ years of commercial experience within multinational companies, with a focus on sales.
3. 5-10 years of management-level experience.
4. Solid experience in sales within the HORECA sector, preferably with international hotel chains.

1. Strong commercial acumen and understanding of large brand business within FMCG, luxury, and Wines & Spirits industries.
2. Familiarity with local alcohol-related regulations.
3. Excellent planning and negotiation skills.
4. Proficient in people management and leadership.
5. Proactive, motivated, and team-oriented.
6. Effective problem-solving abilities.
7. Ability to influence and motivate others.

A minimum of 10 years of commercial experience, with at least 5 years in a management role, particularly in the HORECA sector.

University degree in Business Management or related field.
