- Contribute to the success and growth of Travel Retail Americas by deploying the marketing strategy efficiently.
- Prepare customer presentations and update activation calendars for airport retail marketing activations.
- Manage implementation of marketing programs in airports and cruise lines, working closely with respective commercial teams.
- Oversee POSM forecasts and stock management, ensuring timely fulfillment of team requests.
- Consolidate presentations for GTR and team reports, and manage the organization of the marketing team's online shared files.
- Assist in updating budget files, generating POs, and managing vendor invoicing and payments.
- Support the organization of monthly team meetings and the annual planning cycle for marketing activities.
- Gain exposure to Moët Hennessy brands and develop expertise in travel retail channels, including airports and cruise lines.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or Business.
- 2 years of marketing experience with operational tasks.
- Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.
- Experience in the wines & spirits or luxury sector is advantageous.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks on short timelines.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills in an international context.
- High autonomy and organizational skills.
- Professional maturity and adaptability to various work styles.
- Experience in agency management is a plus.
- Proficiency in Excel, MS PowerPoint, and the MS Office suite.
- Familiarity with SAP and PD Web.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Positive attitude with a travel-oriented mindset.
Beginner level with 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in the wines & spirits or luxury sectors.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or Business.
