- Contribute to the overall strategic direction of the Belgium & Netherlands leadership team.
- 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, ideally within the luxury, Wines & Spirits, or lifestyle industries.
- Demonstrated success in developing premium brand strategies across multiple markets.
- Proven ability to lead transformation and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Team management experience.
- Strategic thinker with deep commercial awareness.
- Luxury sensibility and cultural connectivity.
- Inspirational leadership and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong digital and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
- Fluency in English with proficiency in Dutch and/or French as a strong plus.
A minimum of 10 years in progressive marketing leadership roles, with a focus on luxury, Wines & Spirits, or lifestyle industries.
