1. Assist in the preparation and execution of marketing activations in both ON and OFF premise trade channels.
2. Coordinate brand activities and events, including POS material and Value-Added-Packs.
3. Represent the brand to clients, journalists, and external partners.
4. Support the sales team with product sheets and visuals.
5. Update marketing support files and manage digital assets and campaigns.
6. Analyze market trends and provide recommendations.
7. Handle administrative tasks such as purchase orders and invoices.
8. Assist in organizing PR events and managing press materials.
9. Prepare business review presentations and conduct market analysis.
10. Coordinate team meetings and manage calendars.
11. Provide executive and administrative support, including travel planning and expense reports.

1. Bachelor’s degree in international marketing, communication, or business.
2. Currently pursuing a Master’s degree.

1. Fluency in English and either French or German.
2. Strong organizational and communication skills.
3. Proactive and adaptable with a hands-on mentality.
4. Team player with a passion for the gastronomy and wine & spirits industry.

No prior professional experience required, but a passion for the industry and a proactive mindset are essential.

Bachelor’s degree in international marketing, communication, or business.
