Moët Hennessy Marketing Coordinator Intern

- Assist in the preparation and execution of marketing activations in ON and OFF trade channels, including coordination with agencies.
- Facilitate the execution of brand activities and events, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
- Represent the brand in interactions with clients, journalists, and external partners.
- Support the sales team with product sheets, visuals, and sales documents.
- Maintain and update marketing support files, including product catalogues and POS material lists.
- Contribute to the digitalization of brand activities, including the development and monitoring of digital campaigns.
- Analyze market trends and provide insights and recommendations.
- Manage administrative tasks such as purchase orders and supplier account creation.
- Assist in organizing PR events and support the Senior Brand Manager with logistical tasks.
- Coordinate press material orders and organize press trips.
- Conduct image and press text research and prepare clipping summaries.
- Organize meetings between brand managers and PR agencies.
- Prepare presentation slides for business reviews and conduct market and consumer insights analyses.
- Coordinate team meetings and manage calendar alignments.
- Bachelor’s degree in international marketing, communication, or business.
- Pursuing a Master’s degree in a related field.
- Knowledge and passion for the gastronomy and/or wine & spirits industry.
- Fluency in English, French, and/or German.
- Organized and detail-oriented with a proactive mindset.
- Ability to adapt to change and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong team player with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Entry-level experience with a focus on marketing or related fields.
Bachelor’s degree in international marketing, communication, or business.
