- Oversee depletion and revenue goals for the Florida market.
- Plan and manage budgets and brand allocations for accounts, ensuring resource distribution across states and cities.
- Ensure quality of brand mix, inventory, size mix, and market pricing to drive growth and profitability.
- Monitor sales and depletion metrics, managing distributor performance to meet targets.
- Plan and oversee the program and pricing calendar in partnership with the distributor.
- Monitor activities and program calendar to achieve brand priorities and performance for distributor-managed accounts.
- Accountable for market forecasts in partnership with Forecasting & Operations.
- Attend weekly operations calls and monthly sessions with Forecasting & Operations to align forecasts with the distributor.
- Effectively manage DPP and FTT budgets.
- Align with commercial enablement budgeting and analytics on pricing feedback.
- Participate in market and Maison visits, blitzes, and distributor education.
- Develop market leads and cultivate talent within the markets through training and education.
- Negotiate internally on behalf of the Commercial Sales team.
- Facilitate distributor alignment with MH strategy, priorities, and operational objectives, leading regular business reviews.
- Engage with key customer accounts with high volume and established relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Marketing degree preferred.
- 10+ years of professional experience in sales and marketing within the wine and spirits industry.
- 5+ years of experience in people management and managing distributor teams.
- Extensive understanding and experience in managing distributor teams and operations.
- Deep understanding of consumer expectations within the state/market.
- Ability to maintain a flexible and adaptable mindset to meet evolving business needs.
- Strong interpersonal and people management skills to navigate complex relationships.
- Well-developed finance and budget management skills.
- Highly effective influencing and partnering skills.
- Refined communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage change in direction.
Minimum of 10 years in sales and marketing within the wine and spirits industry, with at least 5 years in people management and distributor team management.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Marketing degree preferred.
