- Analyze market research forecasts and trends to support strategic decision-making.
- Generate weekly reports on month-to-date business performance.
- Develop reports on upcoming market headwinds and propose strategic actions.
- Create PowerBI reports tailored to meet specific business needs.
- Monitor and analyze monthly brand performance, providing detailed insights on issues and opportunities.
- Support the market with additional reporting as required by the General Manager.
- Assist with regional coordination for report and feedback consolidation, meetings, and logistics.
- Manage allocation communication and tracking.
- Support the Commercial Sales Team with internal and external meetings.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience.
- Proficiency in finance and budget management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal relationship skills.
- Comfortable handling large data sets and learning internal database systems.
- Ability to prepare business analysis materials with quality, execution, and timeliness.
- Refined communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and apply data insights.
- Flexibility to manage changes in direction.
A minimum of 1-2 years in a business analytical role with commercial expertise, preferably in luxury consumer goods or U.S. wines and spirits industries.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience.
