Moët Hennessy Managing Director, Private Client Sales

- Develop and implement the MH Private Sales Strategy in the US and Americas, aligning with Moët Hennessy and Global MH Private strategies.
- Lead a team of Private Client Managers and directors across the Americas.
- Represent MH Private in regional forums and influence key partners to support growth ambitions.
- Drive performance and achieve Private Sales targets, ensuring alignment and execution of sales activities.
- Support Private Client managers in delivering best-in-class client experiences and maintaining client lists.
- Ensure local and regional activations align with MH Private global guidelines.
- Supervise client development strategies and drive CRM metrics.
- Coach direct reports and identify development needs to elevate performance.
- Cultivate a diverse, equitable, and inclusive work environment.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 15+ years in client development, sales, and marketing, preferably in luxury consumer goods or US wine and spirits industries.
- Experience as a General Manager with a successful track record in client development and P&L management.
- Deep understanding of the (U)HNWI population and the US market.
- Experience in Clienteling and CRM.
- Ability to navigate and excel in a complex matrix organization.

A minimum of 15+ years in client development, sales, and marketing, with experience as a General Manager.

Annual salary range from $250,000 to $280,000 USD.
