- Lead the development and implementation of the MH Private Sales Strategy in the US and the Americas.
- Create regional strategies for MH Private Sales distribution channels.
- Engage with teams across a complex matrix organization to achieve business objectives.
- Build relationships with LVMH Luxury Maisons to create synergies and develop new business opportunities.
- Set long-term strategies for Moët Hennessy Private Sales and oversee business operations and financial performance.
- Lead a team of Private Client Managers and enable their growth and achievement of business objectives.
- Drive sales performance and achieve Private Sales targets.
- Support Private Client Managers in delivering best-in-class client experiences.
- Ensure alignment of local and regional activations with global guidelines.
- Cultivate a diverse, equitable, and inclusive work environment.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 15+ years of client development, sales, and marketing experience, preferably in luxury consumer goods or US wine and spirits industries.
- Experience as a General Manager with a successful track record of client development and P&L management.
- Deep understanding of the (U)HNWI population and the US market.

- Experience in Clienteling and CRM.

Salary range from $250,000 to $280,000 per year.
