Moët Hennessy Manager, On-Premise Account Lead

- Sell Moët Hennessy brands and products, selecting relevant activations and programs for each account.
- Identify opportunities for bespoke programs and deeper brand education, leveraging appropriate resources.
- Visit accounts to maintain relationships, monitor performance, and gather updates.
- Act as a consultant to accounts, providing advice, education, and creative ideas for portfolio growth.
- Lead trade advocacy initiatives and maintain relationships with key accounts.
- Ensure on-call communication to meet customer relationship expectations.
- Collaborate with distributor sales representatives for pricing and fulfillment support.
- Ensure account needs for programs and activations are met within brand guidelines.
- Build a key account plan through long-term partnerships and ongoing programming.
- Inform channel or market lead of opportunities, risks, and competitive intelligence.
- Participate in market and Maison visits, blitzes, and distributor education initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant industry experience required.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in sales and marketing within the wine and spirits industry.
- Strong relationship-building and customer-centric solution delivery.
- Robust sales background with a self-starter and competitive attitude.
- Extensive understanding of consumer expectations within the geography.
- Ability to apply knowledge of key business issues to effective sales pitches and strategy-setting.
- Experience in analyzing ROI and budget management.
- Highly effective influencing and partnering skills, with strong sales techniques knowledge.
- Refined communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent analytical ability, with the capability to interpret and apply syndicated data insights.
- Ability to work with all levels of the organization.
- Flexible mindset with the ability to manage changes in direction.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in sales and marketing within the wine and spirits industry.
Bachelor’s degree or relevant industry experience required.
