- Sell Moët Hennessy brands and products, tailoring activations and programs to each account.
- Identify opportunities for bespoke programs, brand education, and upselling, leveraging appropriate resources.
- Visit accounts to maintain relationships, monitor performance, and gather updates.
- Act as a consultant on portfolio opportunities, offering advice, education, programming, and analysis.
- Lead trade advocacy initiatives and maintain relationships with key accounts.
- Ensure on-call communication to meet customer relationship expectations.
- Collaborate with distributor sales representatives for pricing and fulfillment support.
- Ensure account needs for programs and activations are met within brand guidelines.
- Develop key account plans through long-term partnerships and ongoing programming.
- Inform channel or market leads of opportunities, risks, and competitive intelligence.
- Participate in market and Maison visits, blitzes, and distributor education.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant industry experience required.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in sales and marketing within the wine and spirits industry.
- Strong relationship-building and customer-centric solution delivery.
- Extensive sales background with a competitive attitude.
- Deep understanding of consumer expectations within the geography.
- Ability to apply business knowledge to sales pitches and strategy-setting.
- Experience in analyzing ROI and budget management.
- Effective influencing and partnering skills with strong sales techniques.
- Refined communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent analytical ability to interpret and apply syndicated data insights.
- Ability to work with all organizational levels.
- Flexible mindset and ability to manage changes in direction.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in sales and marketing within the wine and spirits industry.
Bachelor’s degree or relevant industry experience required.
