- Develop and implement sales strategies for Off-Premise Channels, including Specialized Retail, Department, and Mass Retail.
- Achieve commercial objectives and expand market share by meeting annual sales targets.
- Manage retail business performance in alignment with brand priorities and product/pricing strategies.
- Ensure comprehensive coverage of key accounts through strategic sales activities.
- Drive excellence in merchandising, including planogram development and in-store displays.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to formulate and execute brand promotions.
- Conduct market environment and competitor analysis to identify sales opportunities and risks.
- Maintain effective trade relationships with key account clients to optimize business performance.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, demonstrating strong product knowledge and storytelling skills.
- Foster a digital mindset and influence retailers to adapt to business changes.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant sales and key account management experience in complex, multicultural environments.
- Experience in FMCG, Consumer, or Luxury Goods industries is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of business achievement and team leadership.
- Strong commercial and data-driven mindset with strategic planning and financial analysis skills.
- Fluency in Korean and a good command of English.
