- Develop and enhance tools, reporting, and analytics to support the Commercial Performance Ecosystem.
- Collaborate with the Center of Excellence (COE) and Commercial teams to align business rules and product needs with MHUSA's data strategy.
- Manage commercial data products to empower sales teams in identifying market opportunities.
- Oversee commercial project roadmaps, evaluating business potential against effort required.
- Prioritize projects with the Data Steering Committee to maximize business value.
- Operationalize commercial data products to increase adoption and usage.
- Lead data management for commercial reporting tools, ensuring data quality and accessibility.
- Partner with IT and COE to educate on commercial data assets and platforms.
- Optimize commercial data assets to enhance business value and efficiency.
- Contribute to MHUSA's data transformation journey, advocating for data best practices.
- Stay informed on data technology advancements and apply them to MHUSA's context.
- Act as an ambassador for commercial analytics, driving insights and resource allocation.
- Prepare strategic presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Identify market growth opportunities to focus commercial functions.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
- Minimum 5 years of data experience in a packaged goods environment.
- Experience with GCP and PBI; familiarity with AWS, Azure, Databricks, BigQuery, Tableau, Dataiku, Data Robot, Alteryx preferred.
- Experience in the U.S. three-tier system for wines and spirits preferred.
- Proven functional expertise in data management and analytics.
- Ability to develop and implement best practices in data-driven decision making.
- Strong stakeholder management skills to drive long-term solutions.
- Effective communication skills to convey data insights to diverse audiences.
- Ability to influence business partners to adopt data best practices.
- Experience managing cross-functional relationships to enhance strategic impact.
- Commercial acumen with a track record of delivering consumer product insights.
Minimum 5 years of data experience in a packaged goods environment, with a focus on building, deploying, and activating data products.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
