- Contribute to the annual brand planning process with a focus on communications and public relations.
- Develop and recommend innovative plans across press, talent, and media partnerships.
- Partner with the Digital Manager on integrated amplification strategies across owned, earned, and paid channels.
- Ensure campaigns align with maison values and drive a consistent brand presence while pushing traditional luxury boundaries.
- Lead day-to-day execution of campaigns across earned channels.
- Partner with the Digital Manager on content strategy and production for PR channels.
- Deliver post-campaign analysis with insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Map, cultivate, and manage influencer and celebrity ecosystems.
- Negotiate and manage relationships with agents, managers, and publicists.
- Oversee activations to ensure they reflect brand image, values, and KPIs.
- Build and maintain relationships with editors, tastemakers, and media outlets.
- Adapt maison press materials for U.S. market needs and develop local assets.
- Collaborate with agencies to secure coverage and drive visibility.
- Identify and execute editorially led media partnerships.
- Partner with internal teams to deliver aligned activations.
- Manage relationships with external agencies ensuring accountability to brand goals.
- Support the Digital and Brand teams with issues management and crisis communications.
- Ensure compliance with LVMH Code of Conduct and regulatory standards.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, PR, Marketing, or related field, or MBA.
- 5+ years of experience in communications and PR roles, preferably in luxury, lifestyle, CPG, or wines & spirits.
- Strong track record in managing press and influencer programs.
- Excellent writing, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to build and sustain relationships with media, influencers, and talent.
- Proven success influencing and gaining buy-in across internal teams.
- Strategic and analytical mindset with experience in KPI tracking and reporting.
- Strong project management and multitasking ability.
- Crisis communications experience and budget management skills.
- Knowledge of the U.S. three-tier distribution system is a plus.
Minimum 5 years in communications and PR roles, preferably in luxury, lifestyle, CPG, or wines & spirits.
Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, PR, Marketing, or related field, or MBA.
