- Serve as a key education planning partner for Commercial teams and Distributor Partners, ensuring the implementation of the national training calendar and planning local/regional learning opportunities.
- Collaborate with Commercial People leaders on sales development training programs to support onboarding and productivity of new hires, integrating curriculum into existing programs.
- Conduct field market visits to support sales and distributor teams in applying learned knowledge through coaching and feedback to enhance sales performance.
- Manage a selling education strategy and deliver associated programs to enable commercial teams, distributor partners, and the trade to sell Moët Hennessy's brand portfolio.
- Align education calendars with a comprehensive sales enablement strategy to support commercial goals and enhance market effectiveness.
- Manage sales education-related responsibilities, including facilitation, product and category management knowledge, and execution guidelines.
- Leverage market trends, customer needs, and business objectives to tailor enablement tools and education plans to strategic priorities.
- Utilize custom learning paths for external stakeholders to support commercial teams.
- Collaborate with Trade Advocacy, Brand Ambassadors, and Market Leads on effective communication and presentation skills.
- Use analytics to measure and communicate the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives, making data-driven adjustments to strategies.
- Support the Train the Trainer program to ensure consistent Portfolio Education across key partners.
- Host Brand Home Immersion experiences to elevate portfolio knowledge.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience required
- WSET or equivalent certifications preferred
- Mastery of presentation skills with aptitude for storytelling
- Understanding of adult learning and development principles
- Commercial sales and 3-tier system understanding
- Finance and budget management skills
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize work
- Passionate about skill building, coaching, and feedback
- Action-oriented self-starter
- Ability to lead through influence
Minimum of 5 years in commercial experience and training facilitation, preferably in the luxury consumer goods industry. Experience in wines and spirits or hospitality is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience required
Competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $137,000 annually.
