- Serve as a key education planning partner for assigned Commercial teams and Distributor Partners, ensuring the implementation and execution of the national training calendar.
- Partner with Commercial People leaders on sales development training programs to support onboarding and productivity of new hires.
- Conduct field market visits to support sales and distributor teams, providing coaching and real-time feedback to enhance sales performance.
- Manage a selling education strategy, delivering programs that enable commercial teams and partners to enhance brand desirability.
- Align education calendars with a comprehensive sales enablement strategy to support commercial goals and increase market effectiveness.
- Facilitate sales education-related responsibilities, including product and category management knowledge and execution guidelines.
- Leverage market trends and customer needs to tailor enablement tools and education plans to strategic priorities.
- Utilize custom learning paths for external stakeholders to support commercial teams.
- Collaborate with Market Sales teams and Brand Ambassadors to teach effective communication and presentation skills.
- Use analytics to measure and communicate the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives, making data-driven decisions.
- Support the Train the Trainer program to ensure consistent Portfolio Education across stakeholders.
- Host Brand Home Immersion experiences to elevate portfolio knowledge.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience required.
- WSET or equivalent certifications preferred.
- Mastery of presentation skills with storytelling aptitude for sales.
- Understanding of luxury principles with a strong luxury lens.
- Finance and budget management skills.
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize work.
A minimum of 5 years of commercial experience and training facilitation, preferably in the luxury consumer goods industry. Experience in wines and spirits or hospitality is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience required.
$95,000-$118,000 (Miramar, FL) /$101,000 - $126,000 (Irving, TX) depending on experience.
