- Serve as a key education planning partner for assigned Commercial teams and Distributor Partners, ensuring the implementation and execution of the national training calendar.
- Collaborate with Commercial People leaders on sales development training programs to support onboarding and productivity of new hires.
- Conduct field market visits to support sales and distributor teams, providing coaching and real-time feedback to enhance sales performance.
- Manage a selling education strategy to enable commercial teams and distributor partners to sell Moët Hennessy's brand portfolio effectively.
- Align education calendars with a comprehensive sales enablement strategy that supports commercial goals and enhances market effectiveness.
- Manage sales education-related responsibilities, including facilitation, product and category management knowledge, and execution guidelines.
- Leverage market trends, customer needs, and business objectives to align enablement tools and education plans with strategic priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience required
- WSET or equivalent certifications preferred
- Mastery of presentation skills with aptitude for storytelling
- Understanding of luxury principles with a strong luxury lens
- Finance and budget management skills
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize work
- Passionate about helping others succeed through skill building and coaching
Minimum of 5 years of commercial experience and training facilitation, preferably in the luxury consumer goods industry. Experience in wines and spirits or hospitality is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience required
