- Support the Activation Director in executing innovative and memorable national experiential initiatives for the brand.
- Lead regional event execution to ensure alignment with brand priorities.
- Assist in experiential strategy planning and creation of playbooks.
- Evaluate ad hoc event opportunities and sponsorships.
- Stay informed on consumer and marketplace trends to drive innovation.
- Create 'social first' moments to maximize PR and social media coverage.
- Implement evolved cocktail strategies showcasing a fresh approach.
- Develop 48-hour reports post-activation highlighting key wins and performance.
- Manage project status documents, KPI reporting, and activation assets.
- Oversee agency process timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
- Collaborate with internal teams for project updates and deliverables.
- Partner with Brand Team, Maison, Region teams, and Procurement for input and support.
- Lead annual planning for event and experiential plans with Brand Manager and others.
- Share best practices across local and global teams to enhance efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree or MBA, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years in an agency, brand, or entertainment role supporting activations.
- Highly effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong project and timeline management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of cultural trends and PR/social landscapes.
- Ability to manage project budgets and complex tasks autonomously.
- Experience in agency settings, particularly experiential, music, creative, or PR.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet evolving business needs.
Minimum 5 years in an agency, brand, or entertainment role supporting activations and in-real-life moments.
Bachelor’s degree or MBA, or equivalent experience.
