- Ensure inventory reliability and accuracy across all product categories, with a focus on finished goods.
- Manage logistics flows including inbound, warehousing, destruction, customs/tax, and outbound transport processes.
- Oversee co-packing activities such as displays, VAS, and VAP, including the creation of BOM.
- Monitor customer supply processes, identify bottlenecks, and address root causes of potential failures.
- Facilitate continuous improvement processes and ensure effective communication between internal stakeholders and third-party logistics operations.
- Collect and verify data and KPIs, participating in periodic performance reviews with subcontractors to optimize costs and service levels.
- Act as the contact point for quality claims management with internal stakeholders, Maisons, and customers.
- Conduct monthly reporting of stock positions, goods in transit, stock movements, and packaging usage.
- Consolidate and analyze KPIs monthly, focusing on service, costs, and process efficiency.
- Contribute expertise to projects and support tool, process, and model evolutions, formalizing know-how and documentation.
- University degree in Logistics, Business, IT Systems, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of post-qualified experience in supply chain or logistics.
- Fluency in English and German, with French being an advantage.
- Proficiency in SAP MM/SD or similar ERP in an international environment.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a structured manner and prioritize effectively.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and challenging the status quo.
- Team spirit and integrity, with a customer and service-oriented mindset.
Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain or logistics, preferably with SAP MM/SD or a similar ERP in an international setting.
University degree in Logistics, Business, IT Systems, Economics, or similar.
