1. Ensure inventory reliability and accuracy across all product categories, with a focus on Finished Goods.
2. Manage logistics flows including inbound, warehousing, destruction, customs/tax, and outbound transport processes.
3. Oversee co-packing activities and creation of Bill of Materials (BOM).
4. Monitor customer supply processes, identify bottlenecks, and address root causes of potential failures.
5. Facilitate communication between internal stakeholders and third-party logistics operations.
6. Collect and verify data and KPIs, and participate in periodic performance reviews with subcontractors.
7. Manage quality claims with internal stakeholders, Maisons, and customers.
8. Conduct monthly reporting of stock positions, goods in transit, and stock movements.
9. Consolidate and analyze KPIs related to service, costs, and process efficiency.
10. Contribute expertise to projects and support tool and process evolution.

1. University degree in Logistics, Business, IT Systems, Economics, or a related field.
2. Fluency in English and German; proficiency in French is advantageous.

2. Proficiency in SAP MM/SD or similar ERP systems.
3. Advanced Excel skills.
4. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Minimum of 5 years of post-qualified experience in supply chain or logistics, preferably in an international environment.

University degree in a relevant field.
