Moët Hennessy Logistics Executive

- Ensure inventory reliability and accuracy across all product categories, with a focus on Finished Goods.
- Manage logistics flows including inbound, warehousing, destruction, customs/tax, and outbound transport processes.
- Oversee co-packing activities and creation of Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Monitor customer supply processes, identify bottlenecks, and address root causes of potential failures.
- Facilitate communication between internal stakeholders and third-party logistics operations.
- Collect and verify data and KPIs, and participate in periodic performance reviews with subcontractors.
- Manage quality claims with internal stakeholders, Maisons, and customers.
- Conduct monthly reporting of stock positions, goods in transit, and stock movements.
- Consolidate and analyze KPIs related to service, costs, and process efficiency.
- Contribute expertise to projects and support tool and process evolution.
- University degree in Logistics, Business, IT Systems, Economics, or a related field.
- Fluency in English and German; proficiency in French is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in SAP MM/SD or similar ERP systems.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills across all business levels.
- Ability to work in a structured manner and prioritize tasks.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and challenging the status quo.
- Customer and service-oriented mindset.
Minimum of 5 years of post-qualified experience in supply chain or logistics, preferably in an international environment.
University degree in a relevant field.
