- Support the Logistics Manager in day-to-day operations for supply, inventory and POSM (point-of-sale materials) management.
- Maintain and update operational procedures and ensure data reliability across systems.
- Process and analyse logistics provider invoices: extract data from SAP, verify tariffs and validate services (shipping, storage, logistical surcharges).
- Produce monthly KPIs for POSM and logistics activities and contribute to the implementation of Power BI dashboards for KPI creation and analysis.
- Manage supplier follow-ups for anomalies (delays, delivery discrepancies, incorrect quantities) and coordinate transport and customs-related issues for POSM receipts.
- Monitor depot stock levels, execute replenishment transfers, and manage daily bottle stock controls and alert updates for customer service.
- Create, update and harmonise promotional article records in SAP; perform daily reconciliation of POSM stock in SAP vs theoretical stock, analyse variances and resolve EDI anomalies.
- Identify non-rotating POSM items, liaise with Marketing & Sales and propose corrective actions.
- Coordinate copacking and promotional-kit assembly operations with external providers and control operational execution and volume consumption.
- Support CRYS warehouse stock management during peak season, including dispute resolution and intensified coordination with customer service.
- Communicate proactively with cross-functional teams to smooth supply chain flows and contribute to forecasting/stock rupture analysis initiatives.
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s programme specialising in Logistics / Supply Chain (e.g. NEOMA, ISLI or equivalent) and about to enter the first year of the Master cycle.
- High level of organisational rigour, autonomy and the ability to prioritise under operational constraints.
- Strong written and oral communication skills and proven interpersonal ease when interacting with internal teams and external providers.
- Excellent command of Excel; familiarity with SAP is a clear advantage.

Entry-level: suitable for a candidate at the beginning of postgraduate studies in Logistics/Supply Chain (first year of Master). Prior internships in logistics, supply chain or operations are advantageous but not mandatory.
Enrolled in or accepted to a Master’s degree in Logistics / Supply Chain (Master 1 entry), or equivalent postgraduate programme.
