Moët Hennessy Legal Intern

- Assist with various stages of mergers and acquisitions projects, including due diligence and drafting ancillary documents.
- Contribute to the legal aspects of strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects.
- Support corporate legal matters for Moët Hennessy’s French entities, including drafting corporate documents and maintaining corporate records.
- Review, analyze, and assist in drafting a wide range of commercial contracts and legal agreements.
- Conduct in-depth legal research on topics such as M&A, corporate law, and regulatory compliance.
- Assist in the organization and maintenance of legal documentation and knowledge management systems.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Law, ideally with a specialization in Corporate Law, Business Law, or M&A.
- Strong academic record.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
- Demonstrated autonomy, proactivity, and a strong sense of initiative.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Previous internship experience in a law firm or in-house legal department is a plus.
Pursuing a Master's degree in Law (Master 1 or Master 2).
75% reimbursement for transportation costs and 50% contribution to restaurant tickets.
