1. Assist with various stages of mergers and acquisitions projects, including due diligence and drafting ancillary documents.
2. Contribute to the legal aspects of strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects.
3. Support corporate legal matters for Moët Hennessy’s French entities, including drafting corporate documents and maintaining corporate records.
4. Review, analyze, and assist in the drafting of commercial contracts and legal agreements.
5. Conduct in-depth legal research on topics such as M&A, corporate law, and regulatory compliance.
6. Assist in the organization and maintenance of legal documentation and knowledge management systems.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Law, ideally with a specialization in Corporate Law, Business Law, or M&A.
2. Strong academic record.

1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
2. Demonstrated autonomy, proactivity, and strong sense of initiative.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks effectively.
4. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Previous internship experience in a law firm or in-house legal department is a plus.

Master's degree in Law (Master 1 or Master 2), ideally with a specialization in Corporate Law, Business Law, M&A, or equivalent.

75% reimbursement for transportation costs and 50% contribution to restaurant tickets.
