- Draft and analyze commercial agreements, including partnership contracts, service agreements, and rights assignments, with a focus on contract and consumer law.
- Examine digital issues related to the launch of new sites or market openings and digital activations on social media or websites, including contests, photo/video publications, and influencer collaborations.
- Validate all types of communication, such as press releases and product sheets, in compliance with advertising regulations for alcoholic beverages in France (Evin Law) and internationally, as well as consumer law.
- Conduct research for pre-litigation cases, including case law and evidence collection.
- Perform local law research, including labeling and regulatory matters.
- Draft legal memos on the aforementioned issues.
- Conduct legal monitoring.
- Assist legal professionals and various departments such as Commercial, Marketing and Communication, Visits & Receptions, and Packaging in matters of commercial practices, advertising, and communication.
- Master's degree or LLM with a specialization in business law, contract law, or intellectual property.
- Experience in the wines and spirits sector and familiarity with the Evin Law is advantageous.
- Previous experience in a corporate or law firm setting, particularly in an international context, is appreciated.
- Proficient in legal English, both spoken and written.

- Excellent interpersonal skills.
Beginner level experience, with previous exposure to corporate or legal environments preferred.
Master's degree or LLM in business law, contract law, or intellectual property.
Reimbursement of 75% of public transportation costs and 50% contribution to meal vouchers.
