- Draft and analyze a wide range of commercial agreements, including partnership contracts, service agreements, and rights assignments, with a focus on contract and consumer law.
- Study digital issues related to the launch of new websites or market openings, and digital activations on social media and websites, including contests and influencer collaborations.
- Validate communications such as press releases and product sheets in compliance with French and international advertising regulations for alcoholic beverages, including the Evin Law, and consumer law.
- Conduct research for pre-litigation cases, including jurisprudence and evidence collection.
- Perform local law research, including labeling and regulatory matters.
- Draft legal memos on the aforementioned issues.
- Conduct legal monitoring and updates.
- Master's degree (Bac +5) in Business Law, Contract Law, or Intellectual Property (Master 2 or LLM).
- Experience in the wine and spirits sector and knowledge of the Evin Law is advantageous.
- Previous experience in a corporate or law firm setting, particularly in an international context, is appreciated.
- Proficiency in legal English, both oral and written.
- Teamwork, adaptability, and anticipation skills.
- Autonomy, rigor, and analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and dynamic personality.
Beginner level experience in a corporate or law firm setting, preferably with exposure to international environments.
Master's degree in Business Law, Contract Law, or Intellectual Property (Master 2 or LLM).
