1. Draft and analyze a wide range of commercial agreements, including partnership contracts, service agreements, and rights assignments, with a focus on contract and consumer law.
2. Study digital issues related to the launch of new websites or market openings, and digital activations on social media and websites, including contests and influencer collaborations.
3. Validate communications such as press releases and product sheets in compliance with French and international advertising regulations for alcoholic beverages, including the Evin Law, and consumer law.
4. Conduct research for pre-litigation cases, including jurisprudence and evidence collection.
5. Perform local law research, including labeling and regulatory matters.
6. Draft legal memos on the aforementioned issues.
7. Conduct legal monitoring and updates.

1. Master's degree (Bac +5) in Business Law, Contract Law, or Intellectual Property (Master 2 or LLM).
2. Experience in the wine and spirits sector and knowledge of the Evin Law is advantageous.
3. Previous experience in a corporate or law firm setting, particularly in an international context, is appreciated.

Beginner level experience in a corporate or law firm setting, preferably with exposure to international environments.

Master's degree in Business Law, Contract Law, or Intellectual Property (Master 2 or LLM).
