1. Collaborate with the Global Learning & Development and Talent team to implement the MH Talent strategy and initiatives.
2. Support the execution of development programs for Senior Executives, Managers, and employees.
3. Engage in community management and communication efforts.
4. Contribute to the creation and planning of the yearly learning calendar strategy.
5. Develop learning analytics and data reporting to drive actionable insights.
6. Assist in the preparation of live L&D and Talent workshops.
7. Provide additional support and coordination to the Global Talent team as needed.

1. College education in Business Management, Strategy, or Organizational fields.
2. Mastery of English and French with proven copywriting and written communication skills.
