Moët Hennessy Learning Project Management Intern

- Collaborate with the Global Learning & Development and Talent team to implement the MH Talent strategy and initiatives globally and locally.
- Support the execution of annual talent initiatives.
- Assist in the rollout of development programs for Senior Executives, Managers, and employees.
- Engage in community management and communication.
- Contribute to the creation of the annual learning calendar strategy and planning.
- Develop learning analytics and data reporting to drive actionable insights.
- Prepare for live Learning & Development and Talent workshops.
- Provide additional support and coordination to the Global Talent team as needed.
- College education in Business Management, Strategy, or Organizational Studies.
- Mastery of English and French with proven copywriting and written communication skills.
- Strategic thinking and design thinking capabilities.
- Superior project management skills.
- Exceptional analytical skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and can-do attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Digital and tech savviness.
- Empathy and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and advanced Excel skills.
Entry-level position suitable for beginners.
College education in Business Management, Strategy, or Organizational Studies.
75% reimbursement for transportation costs and 50% contribution to restaurant tickets.
