1. Collaborate with the Global Learning & Development and Talent team to implement the MH Talent strategy and initiatives.
2. Support the execution of yearly talent initiatives and development programs for Senior Executives, Managers, and employees.
3. Engage in community management and communication efforts.
4. Contribute to the creation of the yearly learning calendar strategy and planning.
5. Develop learning analytics and data reporting to drive actionable insights.
6. Assist in the preparation of live L&D and Talent workshops.
7. Provide additional support and coordination to the Global Talent team as required.

1. College education in Business Management, Strategy, or Organizational studies.
2. Proficiency in English and French with strong copywriting and written communication skills.
