Moët Hennessy Key Account Manager - Off Trade Retail

- Drive sales and profitability by increasing volume, profit, distribution, and market share through strategic deployment of the Moët Hennessy portfolio in the Mass Retail Channel in Belgium.
- Develop and maintain robust trade relationships with key partners and their staff, including conducting annual negotiations with major accounts such as Delhaize and Carrefour.
- Manage day-to-day operational activities with key accounts, focusing on building relationships with individual stores in alignment with company goals.
- Develop and implement sales plans with key accounts to increase distribution and market share.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and provide market insights.
- Implement brand strategies and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador for the Moët Hennessy portfolio, representing the brand in the off-trade sector.
- Strong experience in sales within the mass retail sector.
- Thorough understanding of the Off-Trade sector, including experience in wines, spirits, beer, or soft drinks.
- Good knowledge of local trade practices in Belgium.
- Passion for wines and spirits and an interest in the luxury segment.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with oversight of one team member.
- Strong analytical skills, including data processing and proficiency in Excel.
