- Drive growth in top On Premise Groups such as bars, nightclubs, and festivals through rigorous execution of brand guidelines.
- Organize events and execute sales growth plans for portfolio brands with support from Marketing and Management.
- Identify and propose new business opportunities and competitive actions in the On Trade market.
- Manage inventory of POS products and materials efficiently.
- Segment sales and distribution in existing and new business accounts.
- Develop and execute promotional strategies.
- Resolve client issues promptly and responsibly.
- Achieve individual sales goals to contribute to the sales team's success.
- Innovate and implement new ideas and strategies for organizational progress.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, International Relations, Wine, Beverage, or Hospitality.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Windows and Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Event organization expertise.
- Ability to train restaurant staff.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and analytical mindset.
- Financial skills for budget management.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an account executive, PR in consumer companies, or in the food and beverage industry.
Bachelor's degree in relevant fields.
