- Support the Key Account Director in annual commercial negotiations.
- Drive commercial negotiations at regional and local levels to maximize business aspects such as space, location, distribution, and promotions.
- Lead business reviews with regional and local customers.
- Ensure pricing strategy accuracy and implementation across all airports.
- Elevate Moët Hennessy's influence within airport authority networks.
- Lead the Retail Operations Manager/Sales Ambassadors team, ensuring clear guidance on priorities and goals to achieve sell-out targets.
- Gather and analyze market intelligence related to the industry and propose ideas to drive market share and sell-in.
- Supervise the implementation of yearly activation/promotion plans within respective sales channels.
- Ensure retailer staff is regularly trained and fully informed on brand specifics.
- Accountable for Budget/LE1/LE2 performances and achieving agreed profit targets.
- Optimize FTT/A&P/T&E budgets and monitor spending monthly.
- Ensure commercial and marketing strategies align with budget targets to reach sales and profitability levels.
- Plan supply logistics, including monthly reviews with the operations team.
- Agree on yearly shipment plans with customers and organize periodic reviews to monitor AYL.
- Ensure proper service levels for payment and delivery.
- Build partnerships with local operators' supply teams.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Marketing degree preferred.
- Strong knowledge of key Latin America & Caribbean markets and Travel Retail.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Minimum 5 years of experience in sales at an international level, ideally within the Wines and Spirits market.
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Marketing degree preferred.
