- Develop sales, market share, and brand visibility among Michelin-starred and Haute Gastronomy clientele in France.
- Ensure the implementation of national commercial and marketing strategies.
- Provide operational support to sector managers and ensure national development within Haute Gastronomy.
- Directly manage and oversee relationships with 2 and 3 Michelin-starred clients in Paris.
- Recommend strategies to enhance market share and deploy brand plans.
- Negotiate client agreements and ensure compliance with commercial policies.
- Evaluate client potential in the Michelin-starred market to increase revenue.
- Conduct negotiations autonomously and validate corresponding terms.
- Establish an activation calendar with Customer Marketing teams.
- Negotiate and implement actions to enhance brand visibility.
- Animate a community of chefs around house programs and international partnerships.
- Prescribe specific house visit circuits for haute gastronomy.
- Collaborate with Customer Marketing and Marketing teams for bespoke visibility operations.
- Manage budgets and quotas, reporting financial management to the Director of On Trade Hotspots.
- Support and sensitize commercial teams to the unique demands of this sector.
- Work cross-functionally with Trade Marketing, Commercial, Marketing, Customer Service, and Accounting teams.
- Analyze sector results and propose actions to improve performance and market share.
- Maintain privileged relationships with key contacts in the Michelin-starred client universe.
- Supervise international partnerships with gastronomic associations.
- Dynamic with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales acumen and experience in On Trade.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar sector.
- Result-oriented with a pragmatic approach.
- Strong customer satisfaction and business performance focus.
