1. Analyze brand performance within categories for assortment reviews and manage new product listings.
2. Conduct performance analysis to provide business recommendations for Regional Sales Managers and Sales Ambassadors.
3. Create business presentations for internal meetings, market visits, and customer engagements.
4. Identify and analyze distribution gaps and devise strategic solutions.
5. Identify business opportunities that can deliver incremental value.
6. Collect, process, and analyze distribution depletions and cruise line consumption data.
7. Ensure product availability within the designated perimeter.
8. Prepare planning and monthly phasing per product and customer in coordination with commercial, finance, and supply teams.
9. Manage sales forecast and demand planning reporting using internal tools such as SAP.
10. Oversee sales orders, acting as a liaison between customer service and customer purchasing teams.
11. Track A&P (advertising and promotion) and FTT (funds to the trade) budgets, including invoice processing.
12. Support the preparation of various internal financial reports.
13. Act as the Cruise Line Trade Marketing Europe reference.
14. Develop and implement tailor-made activations onboard European Luxury Cruises.
15. Manage the ordering and dispatch of service material.
16. Support team with event organization, such as Naming Ceremonies and Maison visits.
17. Facilitate communication between Moët Hennessy and partner marketing and sales teams.
18. Organize training sessions with Moët Hennessy Supervisors and Clients.

1. Currently enrolled in a Business school, Engineering school, or equivalent University degree program.
2. Agility in dealing with complexity and adapting to a fast-paced environment.
3. Passion for luxury and/or wine & spirits is appreciated.
4. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of PowerBI and SAP is a plus.
5. Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in French and/or German is advantageous.
