Moët Hennessy Junior Demand Planner and Customer Service Coordinator

- Coordinate sales forecasting processes with sales and marketing departments, focusing on the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) cycle.
- Participate in sales forecast updates and planning system coordination with Nordic distributors and Market Managers.
- Manage supply coordination from Moët Hennessy producers through distributors for Nordic entities.
- Oversee purchase orders from France and coordinate with distributors.
- Manage product quota for all Nordic entities.
- Perform ad hoc tasks as required.
- Monitor distributor stock levels, supervise purchase orders, and advise on adequate stock levels.
- Develop and maintain Power BI reports to support Moët Hennessy Nordic business.
- Coordinate Wine Monopoly SAP sales orders and listings with the Monopoly Manager.
- Review SAP customer hierarchies in collaboration with Sales Managers.
- Coordinate Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) tariffs and ensure monthly reporting to authorities.
- Analyze minimum order quantities/values and conduct meetings with Sales Managers.
- Update customer sales prices and discounts in SAP.
- Maintain customer contracts, including price conditions, in SAP.
- Manage SKU Master data in SAP and with customers & third-party logistics providers.
- Maintain GS1 Tradesync/Validoo product master data in the web portal.
- Monitor customer service group emails.
- Business or Logistical Degree at the university level.
- Previous experience in logistics or demand planning, preferably within a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company.
- Project management experience.
- Understanding of the Wines & Spirits market and wholesaler operations is advantageous.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Strong customer focus.
