Moët Hennessy Junior Controller

- Manage the internal monthly reporting process to provide the Managing Team with end-of-month information and other departments with relevant data, including business performance versus strategic objectives, A&P situation, and departmental expenses.
- Input accounting information into the reporting system (TOPAZ) for each month closing, utilizing SAP/Cognos.
- Oversee monthly quantitative and qualitative reporting to Moët Hennessy, Moët Hennessy Europe, and brand owners, ensuring adherence to annual planning, deadlines, and quality standards.
- Conduct ad hoc studies upon request from the Finance and Operations team.
- Maintain and improve controlling tools, including changes in the Chart of Accounts and new brand creations.
- Maintain the pricelist (Tarifa) for Spain and Portugal.
- Provide local support for the E&W BNT controller during the closing period.
- Create A&P WBS in MAP and in accordance with Topaz COA, in collaboration with Marketing Brand Managers, with monthly follow-up.
- 3-6 months of experience in a similar position
- Financial and accounting knowledge
- Strong Excel proficiency
- Knowledge of SAP and Hyperion/Essbase is advantageous
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Willingness to learn and commitment to deadlines
- Sense of responsibility and priority setting
- Action-oriented with a drive for results
- Customer focus and business acumen
Beginner level experience required, ideally 3-6 months in a similar role.
