- Provide comprehensive support to the Commercial Director and sales teams through data analysis and business intelligence.
- Assist the Commercial Director with monthly reports and analysis to monitor business performance using tools such as Topaz, Cognos, SAP, and Salesforce for both On and Off-Trade.
- Develop and maintain the usage of sell-out data from wholesalers to enhance business intelligence.
- Structure product listing tracking for Swedish, Finnish, and Norwegian monopolies, focusing on volume, value, distribution, and segment ranking/categories.
- Monitor sell-in, sell-out, and stock in trade with key Off-Trade customers, including monopolies and Super/Hypermarkets.
- Support the sales team in tracking customer contract performance.
- Collaborate closely with the finance department on the effectiveness of customer contract investment and management.
- Lead allocation management in collaboration with Sales and Supply Chain teams.
- Manage business documentation filing, master data, hierarchy, and database management.
- Create and update internal procedures to enhance business efficiency and workflow management.
- Graduated from a Business or Science master's degree program.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in a Scandinavian language is advantageous.
- First experience in a support function working with large/multiple databases and IT systems (e.g., IBM Cognos, SAP) in the FMCG industry.
- Experience in controlling or finance is a plus.
- Autonomous team player with a curious and proactive mindset.
- Ability to work within a multicultural team.
- Organized and structured approach to working, with strong time management and planning skills.
- Operational excellence and good communication skills.
- Hands-on approach with commercially analytical capabilities.
Beginner level experience in a support function within the FMCG industry, particularly with large databases and IT systems.
Master's degree in Business or Science.
