Moët Hennessy Junior Brand Manager

- Support the development and implementation of the annual brand plan for Moët & Chandon, ensuring alignment with Maison guidelines and local commercial priorities.
- Coordinate 360° activation plans across channels, maintaining alignment between Marketing, Sales, and Trade Marketing.
- Adapt global assets and toolkits for local use, ensuring consistency with brand identity.
- Monitor campaign and activation performance, supporting the evaluation of effectiveness.
- Provide input on consumer and market insights to refine local activities.
- Assist in the preparation of sell-in materials, visibility concepts, and trade activation toolkits.
- Collaborate with Sales and Trade Marketing to ensure strong brand presence in key accounts and retail environments.
- Support the coordination of PR, media, and digital activities in collaboration with central and European communication teams.
- Assist in the creation and adaptation of local content for digital channels, including social media, newsletters, and online campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with Finance and Controlling to support budget planning, tracking, and reporting.
- Conduct regular market and trade visits to understand brand performance, execution quality, and consumer engagement.
- First experience in marketing or brand management, ideally in FMCG, lifestyle, or the drinks industry.
- Fluency in German and English; French is a plus.
- Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals and consumer behaviour.
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
- Structured working style and attention to detail.
- Basic commercial understanding and interest in how brand and sales work together.
- Ability to build relationships across teams and collaborate effectively.
- Confident communicator with good presentation skills.
- Curiosity for innovation and willingness to learn from global brand frameworks.
First experience in marketing or brand management, ideally in FMCG, lifestyle, or the drinks industry.
