- Develop and implement a digital technology strategy aligned with Moët Hennessy Japan's business objectives and global IT strategy.
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives in collaboration with the APAC CISO to ensure robust protection of digital assets.
- Oversee the secure and efficient operation of business processing systems across Japan.
- Implement applications that support business strategies and enhance operational efficiency.
- Establish a capable IS&T and Digital organization to deliver business solutions effectively.
- Regularly update and align the Japan IT Steering Committee with all aspects of IT in the Japanese market.
- Optimize digital technical initiatives and ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
- Master’s degree in Information Management, Information Systems, Technology, or Computer Science.
- Relevant industry certifications such as ITIL, PMP/PRINCE2, MCSE.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Information Systems/Technology or related fields.
- Proficiency in digital, eCommerce, and CRM technologies, including web, mobile, and cloud solutions.
- Strong project management skills across geographic regions.
- Excellent communication skills in a multilingual, multinational environment.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business solutions.
- Leadership skills to guide a technology-driven team.
- Fluency in both English and Japanese.
Minimum 15 years of experience in Information Systems/Technology or related fields, with substantial project management experience across geographic regions.
Master’s degree in Information Management, Information Systems, Technology, or Computer Science.
