Responsibilities
- Recommend and direct the development of a Digital, Information Systems, and Technology strategy aligned with Moët Hennessy Japan's business objectives.
- Provide leadership in implementing cybersecurity measures in alignment with the APAC CISO.
- Ensure secure and effective operation of business processing systems across Japan.
- Implement and roll out applications supporting the Japan business strategy.
- Develop an IS&T and Digital organization capable of supporting business solutions in Japan.
- Form and host a MH Japan IT Steerco for regular updates and alignment on IT aspects in the Japan market.
- Work closely with the Japan Marketing Director and Digital Marketing team to digitalize MH Japan.
- Collaborate with the Sales Organization to digitize the sales to order process.
- Enable automation and digitization improvements with the Japan CFO.
- Finalize the transition from legacy Oracle reporting Database to Google Cloud Platform and Microsoft Power Suite.
- Guide the adoption of qualified technical digital solutions for optimization and security.
- Optimize the selection of technical and digital vendors in Japan.
- Advise and coordinate local IT teams on IT project management.
- Develop and administer the digital project portfolio.
- Serve as the executive sponsor for technical and digital process innovation.
- Supervise the MH Japan IT capital budget.
- Ensure application of LVMH IS&T policies and procedures in Japan.
- Assess IS&T related risks and ensure disaster recovery plans are in place.
- Define a Japan IT Organization capable of growing with future business needs.
- Guide and coach the Japan IT teams, ensuring replacement and succession plans.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in information management, Information Systems, Technology, or Computer Science.
- Relevant industry qualifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP/PRINCE2, MCSE).
Skills
- Solid project management experience across geographic regions.
- Experience in digital, eCommerce, and CRM.
- Familiarity with technical platforms, market solutions, and industry trends.
- Understanding of the wine and spirits distribution business model.
- Ability to work independently under pressure with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in a multilingual, multinational environment.
- Capability to simplify complex ideas for non-technical audiences.
- Proven leadership skills to guide a technology-driven team.
- Proficiency in both English and Japanese (written and spoken).
Experience Requirements
Minimum 15 years of experience in Information Systems/Technology or related fields.
Education Requirements
Master’s degree in information management, Information Systems, Technology, or Computer Science.
