- Develop and direct a Digital, Information Systems, and Technology strategy aligned with Moët Hennessy Japan's business objectives and global IT strategy.
- Lead the implementation of cybersecurity measures in coordination with the APAC CISO.
- Ensure secure and effective operation of business processing systems across Japan.
- Implement and roll out applications supporting Japan's business strategy.
- Establish an IS&T and Digital organization capable of delivering business solutions within Japan.
- Regularly update and align Moët Hennessy Japan with IT developments through the IT Steerco.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to digitize processes and enhance business growth.
- Guide the transition from legacy systems to modern platforms like Google Cloud and Microsoft Power Suite.
- Optimize vendor selection and resource allocation for technical and digital initiatives.
- Manage the digital project portfolio and ensure alignment with business priorities.
- Oversee systems maintenance and risk management, including disaster recovery planning.
- Develop the Japan IT organization to meet future business needs and promote professional growth within the team.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Information Systems/Technology or related fields.
- Master’s degree in information management, Information Systems, Technology, or Computer Science.
- Relevant industry qualifications such as ITIL, PMP/PRINCE2, MCSE.
- Extensive project management experience across geographic regions.
- Experience in digital, eCommerce, and CRM with expertise in online technologies.
- Familiarity with technical platforms and industry trends.
- Understanding of the wine and spirits distribution business model.
- Proficiency in both English and Japanese (written and spoken).
- Excellent communication skills in a multilingual, multinational environment.
- Ability to simplify complex ideas for non-technical audiences.
- Leadership skills to guide a technology-driven team.
- Capability to translate technical concepts into actionable business solutions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently under pressure.
Minimum 15 years of experience in Information Systems/Technology or related fields.
Master’s degree in information management, Information Systems, Technology, or Computer Science.
