1. Recommend and direct the development of a Digital, Information Systems, and Technology strategy aligned with business objectives.
2. Provide leadership in implementing cybersecurity measures in alignment with the APAC CISO.
3. Ensure secure and effective operation of business processing systems across Japan.
4. Implement applications supporting the Japan business strategy.
5. Establish an IS&T and Digital organization to support business solutions in Japan.
6. Form and host a MH Japan IT Steerco for regular updates and alignment.
7. Work closely with various departments to digitize processes and implement new technologies.
8. Guide the adoption of technical digital solutions for optimization and security.
9. Optimize the selection of technical and digital vendors in Japan.
10. Advise and coordinate local IT teams on project management.
11. Develop and administer the digital project portfolio.
12. Ensure compliance with LVMH IS&T policies and procedures.
13. Define a Japan IT organization capable of future growth.

1. Minimum 15 years of experience in Information Systems/Technology or related fields.
2. Master’s degree in information management, Information Systems, Technology, or Computer Science.
3. Relevant industry qualifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP/PRINCE2, MCSE).

1. Solid project management experience across geographic regions.
2. Experience in digital, eCommerce, and CRM.
3. Familiarity with technical platforms and market solutions.
4. Understanding of the wine and spirits distribution business model.
5. Ability to work independently under pressure.
6. Excellent communication skills in a multilingual environment.
7. Capability to simplify complex ideas for non-technical audiences.
8. Proven leadership skills.
9. Proficiency in both English and Japanese.

Minimum 10 years

Master’s degree in information management, Information Systems, Technology, or Computer Science.
