- Recommend and direct the development of a Digital, Information Systems, and Technology strategy aligned with Moët Hennessy Japan's business objectives and global IT strategy.
- Provide leadership in implementing cybersecurity measures in alignment with the APAC CISO.
- Ensure secure and effective operation and maintenance of business processing systems across Japan.
- Implement applications supporting the Japan business strategy.
- Establish an IS&T and Digital organization capable of delivering business solutions within Japan.
- Form and lead the MH Japan IT Steering Committee, ensuring alignment with IT initiatives in the Japan market.
- Collaborate with the Japan Marketing Director and Digital Marketing team to transform and digitalize MH Japan.
- Work with the Sales Organization to digitize the sales-to-order process.
- Collaborate with the Japan CFO to automate and digitize financial and supply chain systems.
- Finalize the transition from legacy Oracle reporting to Google Cloud Platform and Microsoft Power Suite.
- Optimize vendor selection and resource allocation within Japan.
- Advise and coordinate local IT teams on project management.
- Develop and manage the digital project portfolio.
- Ensure compliance with LVMH IS&T policies and procedures in Japan.
- Assess IS&T-related risks and ensure disaster recovery plans are in place.
- Guide and coach the Japan IT teams, ensuring succession and training plans are in place.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Information Systems/Technology or related fields.
- Master’s degree in information management, Information Systems, Technology, or Computer Science.
- Relevant industry qualifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP/PRINCE2, MCSE).
- Solid project management experience across geographic regions.
- Experience in digital, eCommerce, and CRM, with expertise in online technologies.
- Familiarity with technical platforms, market solutions, and industry trends.
- Understanding of the wine and spirits distribution business model.
- Proficiency in both English and Japanese (written and spoken).
- Ability to work independently under pressure with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in a multilingual, multinational environment.
- Capability to simplify complex ideas for non-technical audiences.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into actionable business solutions.
- Proven leadership skills to guide a technology-driven team.
