- Interpret business strategic direction into a digital technology roadmap.
- Partner with regional and local technical & digital teams for secure delivery of digital initiatives.
- Recommend and direct the development of a Digital, Information Systems, and Technology strategy.
- Provide leadership in implementing a strong Cybersecurity discipline.
- Ensure secure and effective operation of business processing systems.
- Implement applications supporting the Japan business strategy.
- Establish an IS&T and Digital organization to support business solutions.
- Form and host a MH Japan IT Steerco for IT alignment in the Japan market.
- Work closely with various departments to digitize processes and improve systems.
- Guide the adoption of digital solutions for optimization and security.
- Optimize the selection of technical & digital vendors.
- Advise local IT teams on project management.
- Develop and administer the digital project portfolio.
- Ensure alignment of IT projects with business priorities.
- Responsible for application of LVMH IS&T policies in Japan.
- Assess IS&T related risks and ensure disaster recovery plans.
- Define a Japan IT Organization capable of future growth.
- Guide and coach the Japan IT teams.
- Master’s degree in information management, Information Systems, Technology, or Computer Science.
- Relevant industry qualifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP/PRINCE2, MCSE).
- Solid project management experience across geographic regions.
- Experience in digital, eCommerce, and CRM.
- Familiarity with technical platforms and industry trends.
- Understanding of the wine and spirits distribution business model.
- Ability to work independently under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills in a multilingual environment.
- Capability to simplify complex ideas for non-technical audiences.
- Leadership skills to guide a technology-driven team.
- Proficiency in both English and Japanese.
Minimum 15 years of experience in Information Systems/Technology or related fields.
Master’s degree in information management, Information Systems, Technology, or Computer Science.
