1. Assist in the construction, monitoring, and control of the IT budget, including both Opex and Capex.
2. Contribute to the management of quarterly forecasts and the production of quarterly reports and ad-hoc analyses.
3. Participate actively in the Quartz V2 project, focusing on the redesign of the cost tracking dashboard using Power BI.
4. Engage in the Valoptia project, establishing an economic model for IT costs, crucial for both IT and the financial direction of Moët Hennessy.
5. Support the annual budgeting process, including the preparation of data collection templates and data consolidation.
6. Conduct daily tracking of IT expenditures and variances from the budget, maintaining a rolling forecast of Opex and Capex.
7. Participate in quarterly closings and reporting, managing expenditure forecasts, and providing instructions for accounting provisions.

1. Engineering or business school background, or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
2. Fluency in French and English.

1. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI is advantageous.
2. Attention to detail, with strong organizational skills.
3. Ability to take initiative.
4. Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Entry-level position suitable for recent graduates or individuals with limited professional experience.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
