- Assist in the construction, monitoring, and control of the IT budget, including both Opex and Capex.
- Contribute to the management of quarterly forecasts and the production of quarterly reports and ad-hoc analyses.
- Participate actively in the Quartz V2 project, focusing on the redesign of the cost tracking dashboard using Power BI.
- Engage in the Valoptia project, establishing an economic model for IT costs, crucial for both IT and the financial direction of Moët Hennessy.
- Support the annual budgeting process, including the preparation of data collection templates and data consolidation.
- Conduct daily tracking of IT expenditures and variances from the budget, maintaining a rolling forecast of Opex and Capex.
- Participate in quarterly closings and reporting, managing expenditure forecasts, and providing instructions for accounting provisions.
- Engineering or business school background, or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI is advantageous.
- Attention to detail, with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to take initiative.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Entry-level position suitable for recent graduates or individuals with limited professional experience.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Reimbursement of 75% of transportation costs, meal vouchers at 50%, and two days of remote work per week.
