- Participate in the construction, monitoring, and control of the IT budget, including both Opex (~€170M) and Capex (~€40M).
- Assist in managing quarterly forecasts, producing quarterly reports, and conducting ad-hoc presentations and analyses.
- Actively contribute to the Quartz V2 project, focusing on the redesign of the cost tracking dashboard using Power BI.
- Engage in the Valoptia project, establishing an economic model for IT costs, a strategic initiative for both IT and the finance department.
- Support the annual budgeting process, PMT, and various revisions by preparing data collection templates and consolidating information.
- Monitor daily IT expenditures and budget variances, maintaining a rolling forecast for Opex and Capex.
- Participate in quarterly closures and reporting, including expense tracking, accounting instructions, and data loading into the group reporting tool, Essbase.
- Contribute to the improvement projects for IT budget controlling, including user needs assessment and process reviews for the Quartz V2 project.
- Participate in the strategic Valoptia project, defining cost tracking methodologies, allocation rules, KPIs, and unit cost calculations.
- Engineer or Business School graduate, or Master’s degree holder.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI is advantageous.
- Attention to detail, rigor, and organizational skills.
- Ability to take initiative.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
Entry-level position suitable for recent graduates or individuals with minimal professional experience.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
