1. Conduct bibliographic research to enhance the expression of indicators, synthetic variables, and models tailored to spectral and 'omics' data (metagenetic, metabolomic, volatilomic).
2. Perform audits and critical analyses of existing databases, including signal reprocessing from raw data as necessary.
3. Model data and adjust models to better understand underlying mechanisms and formulate hypotheses regarding the synthesis pathways explaining observed phenomena.
4. Synthesize and present results in a comprehensive report.

1. Bachelor's degree +4/5 in Applied Mathematics or equivalent, preferably in life sciences.
2. Proficiency in modeling and statistical tools (data mining, statistical modeling, estimation, prediction).
3. Expertise in database manipulation and programming with appropriate languages.
4. Autonomous and pedagogical, with the ability to integrate into a multidisciplinary scientific environment.
5. Curious and attentive, actively participating in methodological choices.
6. Demonstrated rigor, responsiveness, synthesis ability, and reporting skills.

1. Strong writing skills for protocols, reports, and syntheses.
2. Marked interest in biology, chemistry, and enology with a strong curiosity for data understanding.
3. Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle recommended (the research center is not accessible by public transport).
