- Manage administrative tasks within the creative studio, including updating internal documents such as schedules and tracking sheets using Airtable.
- Oversee budget management by updating expenses and monitoring costs.
- Handle invoice collection, verification, and transmission to relevant teams.
- Support the Project Manager in the operational follow-up of ongoing projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers.
- Organize and coordinate photo shoots, including logistical preparation, coordination with photographers, stylists, and makeup artists, and ensuring necessary authorizations and contracts are in place.
- Participate in project planning and deadline tracking.
- Facilitate smooth information flow between teams.
- Currently enrolled in a business, communication, or project management program or equivalent.
- Proactive, curious, resourceful, and innovative.
- Excellent organizational skills and analytical mindset.
- Comfortable with administrative management and data tracking.
- Proficient in Excel and collaborative tools such as Google Suite and Notion.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
- Interest in visual production, studio work, and content creation is a plus.
