1. Monitor deadlines and targets for import processes in collaboration with exporters, local and international service providers, customs brokers, shipping dates, and insurance companies.
2. Verify documents and execute payments related to international trade, including invoices and bills.
3. Participate in monthly closings by entering processes into the system and verifying all closings received from the customs broker.
4. Support audit processes.
5. Maintain import control spreadsheets detailing each shipment and follow-up dates.
6. Provide tracking information for the receipt of shipments at dispatch.
7. Participate in weekly meetings with France to discuss operational flow and prepare meeting minutes.
8. Ensure all documents for archiving are sent by the customs broker.

1. Currently enrolled in the second or third year of a degree in International Trade or International Relations.

5. Effective time management and sense of urgency.
6. Advanced or fluent English proficiency.
7. Desirable Spanish language skills.

Beginner level experience in international trade or related fields.

Currently pursuing a degree in International Trade or International Relations.
