1. Lead the continuous improvement and maintenance of Delegation of Authority (DOA) principles, ensuring compliance testing throughout the business.
2. Formalize, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and documentation based on group recommendations and guidelines.
3. Ensure compliance with Segregation of Duties principles and propose risk mitigation actions using SAP GRC tool (SHIELD).
4. Implement and maintain the Business Continuity Plan (BCP), conducting yearly testing and training.
5. Analyze and assess business risks, updating Risk Assessment Action Plans and Mapping.
6. Coordinate and manage self-assessments and audits, ensuring recommendations are implemented.
7. Plan and execute audits on specific risks and abnormal activities, ensuring compliance documentation is maintained.

1. Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting.
2. Fluent in English and Spanish.

2. Strong analytical and adaptable skills.
3. Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
4. Ability to build successful relationships with key stakeholders.
5. Ability to influence internal leaders and support decision-making.

Experience in a business analytical role is required.

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting.
