Moët Hennessy Internal Communication and Employer Branding Apprentice

- Contribute to internal communication and employer branding campaigns, including content creation for LinkedIn and internal audiences: draft copy, brief external agencies (design, photo, video, print) and oversee production of assets (posters, invitations, welcome booklets, videos, podcasts).
- Manage and animate the Group intranet: write and format clear, concise content; update information regularly; design and launch new pages and sections; and run engagement initiatives to promote intranet usage.
- Coordinate internal communications for major partnerships (e.g. Roland Garros, Formula 1) and corporate events in collaboration with corporate communication teams (product launches, tastings, holiday events, summer parties).
- Maintain the editorial calendar and organise monthly coordination meetings with the community of internal communication and employer brand leads across Maisons and distribution markets.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations on a variety of topics and provide ad hoc support to HR and communications teams across projects as required.
- Enrolled in or recently completed a Master's degree in Communication, Marketing, Business or equivalent (école de commerce), with at least one prior internship or first professional experience in communication.
- Fluent written and spoken French and English; high-quality editorial skills in both languages with an ability to write with style and impact.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects within deadlines and to prioritise effectively, particularly for large internal events.
- Strong organisational skills, autonomy, initiative and a collaborative mindset suited to a matrix environment.
- Comfortable with digital tools; proficiency in Photoshop and/or InDesign is a plus.

Entry-level: first professional experience (internship or short placement) in communications or employer branding is required. The role is designed for a candidate beginning their career who can demonstrate practical exposure to content creation and project coordination.
Master's degree in Communication, Marketing, Business or equivalent (currently enrolled in or recently completed).
