Moët Hennessy, a prestigious entity within the LVMH Group, is renowned for its excellence in the wines and spirits sector. The Robert-Jean de Vogüé Research Center, inaugurated in June 2021, serves as a hub for innovative research and development, addressing the diverse needs of LVMH's wine and spirits maisons.

1. Conduct bibliographic research to enhance the expression of indicators and models suited to spectral and 'omics' data.
2. Perform audits and critical analyses of existing databases, including signal reprocessing from raw data when necessary.
3. Model data and adjust models to better understand underlying mechanisms and formulate hypotheses on synthesis pathways.
4. Synthesize and present results in a comprehensive manner.

1. Pursuing a Master's degree (BAC+4/5) in Applied Mathematics or a related field, preferably with a focus on life sciences.

1. Proficiency in modeling and statistical tools (data mining, statistical modeling, estimation, prediction).
2. Expertise in database manipulation and programming with appropriate languages.
3. Autonomous and pedagogical, with the ability to integrate into a multidisciplinary scientific environment.
4. Curiosity and attentiveness, actively participating in methodological choices.
5. Strong analytical, reporting, and synthesis skills.
6. Excellent writing skills for protocols, reports, and summaries.
7. Interest in biology, chemistry, and oenology, with a strong curiosity for data interpretation.

No prior professional experience required, suitable for beginners.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics or a related field.
