1. Participate in the preparation of budget processes and forecast development, including budgeting, re-forecasting, and strategic planning.
2. Produce monthly and quarterly management reports, providing commentary on key variances.
3. Propose corrective actions and implement solutions to achieve business objectives.
4. Monitor strategy implementation using relevant KPIs.
5. Follow up on price implementation, sales conditions, trade fund investments, and A&P budgets.
6. Provide quantitative and qualitative reporting to Moët Hennessy and its Maisons according to schedule.
7. Support various departments such as Marketing, Sales, and Operations with necessary information for decision-making processes.
8. Enhance controlling capabilities and process efficiency.
9. Assist Finance Reporting and Accounting teams with ad-hoc requests.
10. Ensure compliance with internal procedures and enhance internal control practices.

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
2. Fluency in English; proficiency in German is advantageous.
3. 1-2 years of experience in a financial department is preferred.
4. Solid knowledge of information systems such as SAP and Hyperion.
