- Participate in the preparation of budget processes and forecast development, including budgeting, re-forecasting, and strategic planning.
- Produce monthly and quarterly management reports, providing commentary on key variances.
- Propose corrective actions and implement solutions to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor strategy implementation using relevant KPIs.
- Follow up on price implementation, sales conditions, trade fund investments, and A&P budgets.
- Provide quantitative and qualitative reporting to Moët Hennessy and its Maisons according to schedule.
- Support various departments such as Marketing, Sales, and Operations with necessary information for decision-making processes.
- Enhance controlling capabilities and process efficiency.
- Assist Finance Reporting and Accounting teams with ad-hoc requests.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and enhance internal control practices.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in German is advantageous.
- 1-2 years of experience in a financial department is preferred.
- Solid knowledge of information systems such as SAP and Hyperion.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based platforms.
- Business-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
