- Assist intellectual property lawyers in collaboration with internal departments such as Marketing and Development, as well as external partners like Intellectual Property Counsel, Attorneys, and Bailiffs.
- Manage pre-litigation and administrative litigation processes, including cease and desist letters, oppositions, and annulment actions.
- Prepare dossiers of notoriety and evidence of use.
- Participate in project validation through prior art searches.
- Conduct legal research, including case law and usage investigations.
- Draft legal memoranda on intellectual property matters.
- Contribute to the synthesis and archiving of litigation files and update the trademark portfolio management software.
- Participate in legal monitoring.
- Bachelor's degree +5 with a specialization in Intellectual Property.
- Fluent in written and spoken French and English.
- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proactive in skill development during the internship.
- Strong interpersonal skills and adherence to corporate culture.
